ICC International Commercial Terms — distribution of obligations between seller and buyer.
Minimum seller responsibility. Buyer collects goods from seller's warehouse and bears all costs and risks.
Seller delivers goods to carrier at named place. All further costs on buyer.
Seller pays freight to destination, but risk transfers after handing to carrier.
Like CPT, but seller also pays cargo insurance in favour of buyer.
Seller bears all costs and risks to the named place (except import customs).
Like DAP, but seller is also responsible for unloading at destination.
Maximum seller responsibility. Seller bears all costs including customs and VAT in destination country.
Sea freight only. Seller loads goods on board vessel at port of shipment.
Seller pays freight to port of destination, but risk transfers on loading.
Like CFR, but seller also pays insurance. Sea freight only.
